to a great Savannah day. An artful start In the market for fab finds? A fun, fresh take on a historic place. We've cornered the Market on great places to eat.

Of all the fun things to do in Savannah, Georgia,
you’ll find the freshest at City Market.

By day, stroll the shaded courtyard between two Savannah squares, surrounded by bistros and galleries, serenaded by local musicians. By night, join the genial crowds for concerts and cuisine. Explore our shops before catching a trolley or carriage tour from the heart of the market. Savannah’s historic center, City Market is still the place to be—where fun is delivered fresh daily.

Start at the corner of Jefferson and West St. Julian Streets.

Savannah City Market stretches a full block in each direction, with Ellis Square to the east and Franklin Square to the west, from Bryan (North) to Congress (South).

It’s almost time for Wag-O-Ween! 📸 @kittys_dog_grooming The 15th annual Wag-O-Ween will be a family- and pet-friendly fundraising event taking place in Downtown Savannah and attracting over 1,000 participants with their furry friends. Humans and animals alike will dress up in Halloween costumes and follow their event maps to over 100 businesses giving out dog treats and goodies. There will also be a costume contest, raffle, and photography stations as part of the event. Because of COVID-19, Wag-O-Ween will take place over two days this year on Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25 from 12 - 5 p.m. to allow for fewer crowds each day. All human participants will also be required to wear face coverings at all times during the event per city ordinance.
