Experience Savannah City Market for the Holidays

Savannah City Market is the perfect place to celebrate the holidays in Savannah, especially if you want to eat, drink and be merry — in one place. With nearly 50 vendors, there is something for everyone in our fun downtown Savannah spot. Use this guide to plan your holiday celebration in Savannah, Georgia.

Eat

From patio dining to fine dining, we have five fabulous restaurants to meet your needs. Grab a patio seat for your meal then stop by the Pie Society for a savory traditional British meat pie or sweet dessert pie to take home. Want to end the year with a fancy feast? Make a reservation at Belford’s Savannah for the New Year’s Eve meal.

Drink

If you’re looking for a drink, we’ve got that too. Take your pick from one of the nine bar options in Savannah City Market. You can even get to-go drinks! The Peach Sangria at the Cafe at City Market and the Eggnog at Wet Willie’s are visitor favorites.

Be Merry

All year long, Savannah City Market is party central. For the holidays, the businesses take it up a notch with beautiful decor and festive events to celebrate the 2018 holiday season. Come with family or friends for the Holiday Open House on Dec. 7, Christmas for Kids on Dec. 8 or the New Year’s Eve Celebration on Dec. 31. Even if you don’t make it to one of the events this year, stop by any time to hear live music in the courtyard or shop for everyone on your list at the galleries and shops.
