Mess Hall Truck Shop made a grand entrance to Savannah City Market with its flagship location in March 2024. Savannah’s first DIY “trucker hat bar” is now in a bigger location in Savannah City Market so even more guests can enjoy this fun, quirky, interactive experience. Come build custom trucker hats by choosing from a variety of patches, pins, and bling in a fun, cafeteria-style setup. It’s perfect for a solo activity or group outings — think birthday parties, bachelorette celebrations, or just a playful afternoon — complete with bubbly, music, and a “Hat Barista” to guide you.

Alpha Mare Gallery

Nestled atop the storied hustle and bustle of Savannah’s City Market, Alpha Mare Gallery has made its new home upstairs on the second floor at 312 W. St. Julian St. This inviting space of nine artists ushers in a fresh artistic pulse to the market while honoring its historic charm. Savannah Pirates & Treasure Museum

Anchoring the Fall lineup of City Market’s new attractions, the Savannah Pirates & Treasure Museum invites visitors into a swashbuckling world. Spanning 5,500 square feet, the immersive exhibit features high-tech displays, wax figures of infamous pirates, nautical artifacts, and local pirate lore — including diaries of Captain Caleb Davis. Complete with a pirate tavern offering drinks like Pirate Grog and West Indies Rum Punch with live sea shanties, this will be quite a voyage.
